Our Graduate Programme is designed for talented graduates who have the right skills and qualifications that best meet the challenges of our business. While there is no age limit and we welcome applications from all age groups, the programme is intended for graduates with limited work experience as otherwise you may find that the nature of the placements and the development programme are too basic.
We are only able to offer places on the Graduate Programme to applicants who are eligible to work in the UK without restriction and are able to take up permanent employment with the Company. During the recruitment process you will be required to provide original documentation to prove your eligibility.
The number of graduates we plan to recruit can vary year on year and is dependent on the needs of the business.
During your time on the Graduate Programme you will be expected to be geographically mobile and this may include relocating to a new area depending on your placements and the needs of the business. In addition we require you to be mobile during your placements.
Currently placements on the Graduate Programme are based all over the UK and Ireland.
