Business Plans

All regulated water companies in England and Wales are required to submit business plans to the water industry regulator, Ofwat, every five years. These plans outline the investment priorities for the companies and indicate the cost to customers in their annual bills. The final business plans for the current review of prices (PR09), relating to 2010-2015 are available to view here.
