Our aim at Veolia Water is to develop a working environment that attracts, retains and rewards talented people. This isn't just about bricks and mortar but the softer more personal side of being part of the Veolia Water team.
Each year, over 2,000 Veolia Water employees receive training (some more than once). This ranges from professional and academic qualifications to specific technical courses, with all team leaders and managers being developed in Diversity at Work and Health and Safety in Practice.
Veolia Water has also developed a computer-based package for training employees in environmental and safety issues. Since 2005, training has been provided by Campus Veolia based in Staines. The centre provides training for all divisions and companies belonging to the Veolia Environnement group in the UK.
