Our Graduate programme is designed to prepare you for your career with Veolia Water. It promotes networking, leadership and interpersonal competencies to develop and sustain effective working relationship at all levels of the organisation.

We offer two programmes under the scheme: a Technical Graduate Programme and a Business Graduate Programme each lasting two years. They are designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our rapidly evolving company; you will learn what makes our business a success and how our day to day activities and future strategies fit with the regulatory and commercial environment in which we operate.
