At Veolia Water UK we promote a culture of professional integrity amongst employees and those working on our behalf. We have a zero tolerance approach to corruption and take seriously our duty to ensure that our people do not engage in corrupt or improper activities.
Our anti-corruption policy requires employees to declare and keep a record of all gifts accepted or offered, which is subject to managerial review. All of our people are trained to ensure they understand the policy and their individual responsibilities. It is my mission to create a transparent and open working environment in which people feel able to speak freely and challenge behaviour at every level, but where they can also discuss issues in confidence, where necessary .
We will continue to uphold laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. We do not make direct or indirect contributions to political parties.
